Like Yoga? Like Paddleboarding? You're in luck! Cape Ann SUP is excited to add SUP Yoga to their services. Our H2yO! trained SUP Yoga instructor will lead tours twice a week. Come out and give it a try!
SUP Yoga classes are about 1 1/2 hours in length and include:
coast guard approved PFD
paddle to and from a calm destination
guided yoga pose instruction
This is a great way to relax, improve your balance and strength.
All levels are welcome to join. There is no experience necessary... You have to start somewhere!

$30 per class. - $25 per class if you buy a pack of 5 classes or have your own board.

SUP Yoga classes are weather contingent. Cancellations, bonus class times and workshop dates will be posted on the Cape Ann SUP Facebook page. There is a maximum of 15 participants per class.
