Details: High5EM is hosting the North Shores’ first Stand Up Paddle Race along the Danvers River. Paddlers will launch from the charming Danversport Yacht Club and navigate through protected waters to Peters Point by the Kernwood Country Club in Salem. This event will be one of a kind with an array of delicious food, drinks, and outdoor fun including volleyball and corn hole.
Course: Paddling along the Porter River and Crane River will be perfect for all paddle levels from novice to elite. The coveted rivers attract the novice paddler looking for a great workout, while intermediate to elite paddlers can test their speed skills on this timed 2.5 mile course. Paddlers will keep all race buoys to the left at all times.
Race Day Registration and Check-In: 7:30am to 9am | MANDATORY pre-paddle safety meeting at 9am for ALL participants at the launch.
Age Requirements: Participants must be 14+ (17- must be accompanied by an adult)
Swag|Perks – all participants will receive:
- A custom snapback trucker hat
- Pre-Paddle continental breakfast (bagels, muffins, granola, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, and juices)
- Post-Paddle Brunch, includes: French toast, potatoes, bacon, Blintzes, Scrambled Eggs and more

Party only (family & friends): $45/per person
We encourage everyone that’s paddling to invite their family and friends to hang around all morning to enjoy the food, the drinks, the picturesque view of the river, and participate in a friendly game of volleyball or corn hole competition.
