Paddleboard Yoga

This is a great way to relax, improve your balance & strength and harmonize your body with nature.Our H2yO! certified Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga instructor leads class twice a week Memorial Day through Labor Day. Come out and give it a try! 


SUP Yoga classes are about 90 minutes and include:

  • board

  • paddle

  • leash

  • coast guard approved PFD

  • paddle to and from a calm destination

  • anchoring system

  • a guided yoga class on water


SUP Yoga Class About 75 minutes. (But yes, we often have so much fun that it's closer to and hour and a half.) $35.00/person


*We welcome people who have their own board. For those of you who would like to join with your own board, feel free to sign up and class will be $25.00 instead of $35.00 for you.

*We also offer a discount to people who want to buy a 5 class pack. It's $125.00 for 5 classes ($25.00 a class instead of $35.00)

Classes have a tentative location listed in the on-line booking software. This is subject to change based on wind and weather conditions. We will communicate any site changes and/or cancellations via email and our Facebook page, if necessary.
